After creating the sanserver in the UI of ovmm3.4, the corresponding mounted Luns cannot be discovered automatically on the UI. The configuration seems no problem ( it can find the Luns by using the iscsiadm command on the host, but my project need to discover the LUNs without using iscsiadm).Does anyone knows why?

Sorry to ask the obvious, but...

Your 5th screenshot showing storage initiators: those represent the IQNs from /etc/iscsi/initiatorname file on each OVM server

Did you add those IQNs to SanServer3 and did you map/present the LUNs to the OVM servers using those IQNs?

Also, let me know if the LUNs are showing up under "Unmanaged iSCSI Storage Array"

    Hi,

Please check whether from OVS server you are able to see LUNs in the output

    #multipath -ll

If yes, try to run rescan-scsi-bus.sh on OVS server. Check in OVM manager UI.

Please check whether iqn is seen in below command

    #iscsiadm -m session.

Try to refresh the storage from UI
