Approval for absence management based on DFF

I have requirement like if employees is applying vacation leave with advance payment(DFF) "yes"  then it will follow different approval hierarchy. Is it possible in oracle fusion ?

Hi @3157995,

You would need to check whether the DFF Attribute is available in BPM (rule creation section).

If the field is visible you can configure else not.

Wondering if you can make use of Absence Reason (have a value "Advance Payment" ) as a workaround.

Hi

We cannot use DFF for alternative approval based on DFF as the fields are not available in BPM, however i would suggest you to use reason for the absence type for which the approvals can be configured.

DFF isn't supported yet for configuring Absence Approvals.

You may use Absence Reason field.
