Case: 01216275 DynDNS billing - Mode of Payments to convert from Monthly to Annually
I sent several mails to [email protected] and [email protected] to request for a single invoice for our managed DNS service on the 22nd of April. I also created a support ticket (01216275) for the same issue in the portal.
Till now we haven't received any response, and there's no phone number posted to call as well.
Can someone connect us to right team so we can get proper information and response regarding our request.
