Issue in bulk upload goal library goal with target outcome in mobile responsive UI

Hello All,

I am using HCM Data loader in this i want to add library goal with target outcome but i am not able to find which item i will used for the same .

I already view and test the Content item.dat file for the same.i am getting below errors because in mobile responsive ui LE,BU these field i am not passing and not know in which column i pass this.
