Unable to export "<" symbol in excel

Hi All,
I have used conditional formatting in OBIEE 12c report wherein when data will be less than -100 then "<100%" will be shown as a column value instead of DB value. I have done it through Column properties->Conditional Formatting->add condition->data format and the write below text to show <100% column value.
@;"<(100%)"
So, the output will be:
Column1 Column2
ABC <100%
So, when we are trying to export the analysis, it is giving 'There was an error processing your download.Please check with your administrator'. Can you please advise how we can update the formula so that this will be export it to excel.
