    Hi,

If you are looking for patching the agents.

Please find following documents which can help you with offline mode of operations.

EM 12c, EM 13c: Using Offline Patching Mode in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (Doc ID 1931891.1)

Switch your OMS to Offline software and then try to download the agent software via emcli .

Once the MOS is set to Offline, you should be able to create a Patch Plan as well if the patch is available in software library.

    For patching :

EM 12c, EM 13c: How to Manually Upload a Patch to the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Software Library (Doc ID 1931686.1)

Follow below note steps to get agent images.

EM 12c, EM 13c: Staging the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Management Agent for Deployment Using the Self Update, Download and Apply Functions (Doc ID 1369575.1)

    Section: Scenario 2: Offline Operation

    Best Regards,

    Venkat
