Where do I find/enable Default Expense Account in the Responsive UI?

We are on version 20A.  I have looked in Page Composer to see if Default Expense Account was hidden and it's not showing as a child component I can enable; however Expense Check Send-to Address is available.   I'm only able to see and update this field when I go to My Client Groups | Person Management | Manage Employment as shown below.
