missing thermal sensor driver

I am running Oracle Linux 8.2 for arm on my Raspberry Pi 4 B (2gb)
i had hard time measuring the CPE temperature.
-vcgencmd command is not recognized
-the file in path: /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp doesnt open/read even if I change permissions for every directory+the file to allow all.
