Hi,

I need to execute a report which has multiple parameters by using epmautomate command: runMatchingReport. The command is working for single parameter; but i couldn't make it for multi-parameters.

EPMAutomate documentation says the syntax is:

epmautomate runMatchingReport FILE_NAME GROUP_NAME REPORT_NAME REPORT_FORMAT [Param=value]

Rep01 has single parameter ("Period name"), below commands are working:

epmautomate runMatchingReport testR01.xlsx "Developments" "Rep01" XLSX "Period name=May-20"

or

epmautomate runMatchingReport testR01.xlsx "Developments" "Rep01" XLSX "Account id=0114-22120003"

Rep02 has two parameters ("Period name" and "Account id"), below commands are not working:

epmautomate runMatchingReport testR02.xlsx "Developments" "Rep02" XLSX "Account id=0114-22120003,Period name=May-20"

or

epmautomate runMatchingReport testR02.xlsx "Developments" "Rep02" XLSX "Period name=May-20,Account id=0114-22120003"

EPMAT-7:Invalid or missing parameter: Account id=0114-22120003,Period name=May-20

Cheers,

ozzy

found the correct syntax finally, below command is working with two parameters

File name to be stored in the cloud: testR02.xlsx

    Report Group Name: Developments

    Report Name in ARCS: testR02

    Format: XLSX

    Parameter-1: "Account id"

    Parameter-2: "Perion name"

epmautomate runMatchingReport testR02.xlsx "Developments" "testR02" "XLSX" "Account id=0114-22120004” "Period name=May-20"

    epmautomate runMatchingReport testR02.xlsx "Developments" "Rep02" XLSX "Period name=May-20","Account id=0114-22120003"

Did you try like mentioning quotes to Account and Period separately..!!

    Thanks,

    Mady
