HELP: modify zone level service to link with another domain name using Dyn Standard DNS service

Hi,
I am using Dyn Standard Service for quite some time. Now that I have acquired (and want to use) another domain name. Just couldn't find a way to deregister my current domain name at the zone level. Hence I couldn't find a way to add DNS service to the newly acquired domain name.
Anyone can shine some lights on this.
thanks

Hi @90f0eddd-2643-4811-9a2a-2f8d45608b6e,
With the anticipation of End of Life for the Standard and Managed DNS services, the option to purchase additional standard DNS services was removed from the console. With its extension to 2022, it may be possible to add additional services however you will need to inquire with the support teams regarding this. They can be reached either via account.dyn.com under the support section, or by email at [email protected]

Thanks for your info

Just one more question though, I have legacy non-expiry dns service credit. Will that expire at 2020 as well?
thanks

I don't know the particulars of the agreement that was made, but your legacy service should not expire so long as the service is available.
