WebLogic Tries To Reuse A Half-Closed Socket When Doing HTTP Outbound Calls
We have an application deployed in Weblogic on server A and this performs a HTTP call to another application on Server B. Both run on the same server RHL 7.8. What we have noticed that during that in certain scenarios the request from Server A is sent to Server B and the response is also received.
Following this what we have seen is that sometimes the socket even if it is closed by Server B, the second transaction from Server A reuses this socket and there is a reset from Server B as the port is already closed.
the same application of HTTP connection when executed from OS on java as a standalone program it is working fine and the socket is closed quickly.
Is there any similar incidents faced by anyone and what is the solution for this.
