Concurrent balance deduction for Comp and FMLA

Hi,

There is a requirement where FMLA is purely unpaid qualification leave and can be take in paid status using Compensatory leave.

But when Compensatory leave is utilized, balance should be deducted from compensatory plan as well as FMLA parallel. So that amount applied in comp will be counted against FMLA.

Could anyone please suggest if this can be achieved in absence management.

Another requirement where FMLA which is a qualification plan should allow to be shared between spouse, if both are employed in same county.
