Fully Delete OCI account(tenancy)

Hi - I need to delete my OCI account(tenancy) which I had free services for but no longer need it. How do I go about it.

It wouldnt let me delete the IAM or IDCS accounts, for obvious reasons.

Dear Oracle, please give a clear instruction on how to delete the free tier OCI account (including the credit-card info). Thank you.

p/s: tried use the support chat but free tier not entitled to chat with live agent.
