OVM : Cannot remove physical disk from offline VM Server.
I have an old Oracle VM envirnoment (3.2.9) , all the VM servers in the Server pool have already shutdown.
When I try to remove the Physical Disk from the VM guest, following errors show.
OVMRU_002063E No worker server could be found for repository: XXXX These presented servers could not be used:
Server: XXX is not running
I need to remove the Physical Disk from the offline VM, because I want to create a new VM in new Server Pool and use the old physical disk.
I also try to make the storage to "Shareable". However the same error occurs.
My question is,
How to remove the Physical from offline VM server?
