Question about bill - need to contact oracle

edited September 2020 in Dyn Community

I have questions about my bills belonging to dyndns.org services.

But I can't contact Oracle by email.

I could call Oracle but i think this could be a nightmare to get the right person.
Email will be more effectiv, they can be fowarded to the right person.

It's important to me to clearify this questions to my bills. Dyndns account has been removed.

Could someone please start the contact via email?

Anyone there who has this possibility?

    Hi @sumedia,

you can contact support via your account by logging into account.dyn.com and then navigating to it via the "Support" tab --> Contact Support and choosing "email support". Alternately you can email [email protected] via the email address associated with you account. Once done, you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. Feel free to DM me with this once received and I can follow up with our support teams on your behalf. I have added you as a friend here, please accept so you can DM.
