Create VIP on ResourceGroup Standalone Cluster

Hello,

I have two nodes with cluster (GI 19c -19.8)

I have a database created, in standalone, I don't have a RAC license

I have created a resource group and I have included the database

the relocation of the database and the resource group all correct.

But how can I add a listener and a VIP to the resource group?

I've tried this but I can't get it.

crsctl add resource csi.BBDD.vip -type app.appvip.type -attr "RESTART_ATTEMPTS=2,

START_TIMEOUT=100,STOP_TIMEOUT=100,CHECK_INTERVAL=10,

USR_ORA_VIP=192.168.107.220" -group BBDDGRP

I created the resource correctly but when I tried to raise the resource it stopped in STARTING.
