Action Reason Translations are not getting reflected in Quick Actions

Hi,

We loaded Actions, Action Reasons translations using HDL and able to see the same is reflected in set up pages (Action Reasons config page). Also reflecting in Manage Employment classic UI. But the same is not reflecting from Quick Action. Action reason values are still appearing in English. What could be the reason for this ?
