Transaction Console not showing all transactions

Hello,

Has anyone else had a problem with the Transaction console recently? It would only show transactions submitted by the user inquiring (I see transactions entered by me only), when until now I was able to monitor all transactions there. There are no filters applied and this is happening in Production only.

Also, do you know of any other place except BPM Worklist and Transaction console where you can see transactions in flight?

I'd appreciate any help here.
