20.1c or 20.2 (or later)
As in - feature is not yet available
Technically, they are SQL Macros.
Not "Parameterized Views".

I do not believe parameterized views exist yet.

Just had the same idea/wish and when looking at google I immediatly found your proposal. I'd like it.
