Automatic subpartitioning

We can have

partition by list (some_column) automatic

but not

subpartition by list (some_column) automatic

or the equivalent interval syntax.

We need automatic/interval subpartitioning for exactly the same reasons why it was provided at the partition level - because we don't always know the exact number of regions or product categories or cheese types or whatever we want to subpartition by, and having to add a new subpartition in response to a ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition error is surely something that could easily be automated using the mechanism already provided at the partition level, especially when we use multi-column subpartitioning and there could be hundreds of possible combinations of key values.

Therefore I would like to see automatic/interval partitioning extended to subpartitions.
