Lockdown Profile Cascade Command

Lockdown Profile is a new security feature in multitenant enviornment (CDB), however it can "easily" be mismanaged unfortunately.

i would recommend having the command "drop lockdown profile" with "cascade" option, that will clean up the whole CDB environment !
