Creating new user/privilege for stats collection

As enterprises are more concerned on the security aspect , we have got concern from Our security team to reduce the SYS user usage in the DB. When we had a check Oracle automated maintenance tasks such as stats collection , segment advisor and tuning advisor jobs are getting created under SYS due to which we see lot of audit events recorded against SYS user in Unified audit trail table. So to reduce this can we look at moving this our of SYS by introducing separate privilege/user as like SYSRAC, SYSDG for these maintenance tasks with restricted permissions related to stats collection alone.
