Stuck at Initialization failed for Java AMC 2.19

Recently started to use Weblogic 12.1.4 release and trying to audit our Java based devices. I am able to access the initialization GUI for amcweb but cannot get past the failure message in step 5. Even did connect to the Oracle DB and running the proposed download does not seem to help. Tested my data source on the weblogic server multiple times. Not sure what more to do
If I hit continue it does not resolve the issue despite the newly added script.
Any help will be appreciated
