OEM Installation issue

Hi,
I am trying to install OEM on RHEL 7 but installation is failing with below error:
Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors. Actual unknown. Failed <<<<
even though DISPLAY is set and xclock is working fine.
Any suggestion?
TIA

Hello,
I would suggest you to use any tool which has inbuilt GUI functionality like MobaXterm.

I would suggest use silent mode installation, we had same issue and did the installation using silent mode.

Which version is it?
It is probably looks like below :
Launcher log file is /tmp/OraInstall2021-03-10_10-47-45AM/launcher2021-03-10_10-47-45AM.log.
Extracting the installer . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Done
Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors. Actual unknown. Failed <<<<
Checking swap space: must be greater than 512 MB. Actual 16383 MB Passed
Checking if this platform requires a 64-bit JVM. Actual 64 Passed (64-bit not required)
Some system prerequisite checks failed.
You must fulfill these requirements before continuing.
Continue? (yes [y] / no [n]) [n]
Is it?
if you decide to continue (press[y]) it will work :)
regards
K.
