Unable to load members in Order of the input file using DRM

Hello Experts,
I am trying to migrate from 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.3.
I was able to successfully create the required ADS file and converted to DRM loadable format and even uploaded the file successfully. How ever I was unable to achieve the Order in which Input file exists.
The sort seems to be defaulting based on AlphaNumneric. I have tried below options based on some blogs and getting the following error as per third screenshot,

What step am I missing and how to resolve this.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum.

Probably apex.oracle.com/vote is a better place for this suggestion.
