Getting error as CMDTUX_CAT:1380: ERROR: Message queue blocking prevented delivery

We are using tuxedo Version 12.1.3 32-bit, Patch Level 120 and we have implemented tuxedo multi clustering.

From slave machine we are getting below error in tuxedo ULOG

BRIDGE.7798.4149473920.0: CMDTUX_CAT:1380: ERROR: Message queue blocking prevented delivery, Qaddr = 1633058856

We have tuned kernel parameters as per Linux recommendation,but still we are getting the same error.

Please help us to resolve the issue.
