Rman upgrade and migrate from 3 non CDB;s 12.2 to 3 PDB's 19.5

Hi, we have three production databases running on 12.2 and we have to upgrade them and migrate them to oracle 19.5 in one container as three PDBS. Both source and destination are on same linux OS.
We have done for one DB where we upgraded and migrated a non CDB 12c to a non CDB database and then converted non CDB into a container but this is difficult during golive as we want to take rman backup from each of these 12.2 db;s and restore directly into the three PDBS.
Can anyone advice how we can approach this
