"Oops. I tried to resume" when resuming a checkpointed interview

Hello,

Checkpointing is implemented on an interview, using a "Contact" login on Service Cloud.


On the whole, it resumes interviews correctly. However, one account gets the error:-

"Oops. I tried to resume, but something went wrong."

Does anybody know the cause of this error, or how we could get more information/debug messages?

    This is the user message (defined in the policy model) for the SessionResumeError event. There is no single cause - so the first place to check is the hub message log, but it is likely to be a technical failure requiring support to look at the server logs.
