agent-side compliance refresh

Hi!

Agent-side compliance standards use an agent to collect/send results. This is done once every 24 hours.

Is there a way to trigger this collection/sending manually? (like one can for repository standards)

    Can you give the output of:

    emctl status agent scheduler| grep oracle_emd (please replace your fqdn host name by <host fqdn> or something else)

    Based on that maybe I can create an OEM job that refreshes the agent side compliance information. If you need new information you can run the job on a specific host.

    Sorry I have no compliancy standards active in my OMS.

    I do not see any task related to security or compliancy in the output, So i think the compliance job is a OMS-side job based on the agent information sent to the OMS once every day.

    You may check if the command below helps. It sends the (latest) agent home information on demand to the OMS;

    emctl config agent listtargets| grep agent| sed 's/, /:/g;s/\[//g;s/\]//g'| awk '{print $0 " oracle_home_config"}' | xargs -t -L 1 emctl control agent runCollection

    This information you can also find in the agent home target, Oracle Home, Configuration, Latest.
