Problems with the content presenter template

Hi All,

I am using a content presenter template in 12.2.1.4 portal to pull content items from the integrated wcc. I am using the content under a folder. I wish to get the latest five released documents.

But I get a whole list of items. I am using af:table in my custom CP template, and I have set up autoHeightRows="5" and fetchSize="5". The problem is, first the number of records are still not equal to 5 and instead I get many more once you scroll, and then the documents do not come with pre-sorted order.

Can someone please elaborate, how can I achieve this. I have spent quite much time in it already now.
