Hi all. - The database hangs on startup without any error.

I have an issue with a Oracle 11g database. The database hangs on startup without any error.

The server is HPE Proliant BL460c gen9. I had this issue in the past, and was solved with a bios configuration, but i don't remember what changes was made at the BIOS level.

Any help will be appreciated.
