Getting error while upgrading database from 12.2 to 19c in DBCS

Database upgrade operation failed with error: \"DCS-10329:Failed to delete database home with id : 4f9b9723-c772-4603-acee-172b04eb95bd. \". Please contact Oracle support with the work request ID c19f8ad3-42bd-4b9d-8aa0-467b780f149c.
Please suggest .
