Oracle provides a default tool for uninstalling obsolete Java clients from a Windows computer, if the computer has Internet access.

Is there a similar "On-Premise" type solution, ie without Internet access?

Our company does not offer access to its corporate network to the Internet, but wishes to secure its workstations in accordance with Oracle's recommendations on the need to uninstall old versions of java under Windows to leave only the latest version.
