Account terminated without consent or warn
Hello! From 2 days my Oracle cloud account was terminated by oracle without my conest and without any reson, losing all the data:
1 I've never got against their policy rules.
2 i've never received anything
3 my credit card works perfectly, there are not passed the 30days trial and i've not purchased anything.
Trying to getting help from the support they all answer with:
"System terminated your account and unfortunately we can't reactivate or restore the account. Thank you for chatting with us. Have a good day!" and they close the chat without saying anything.
How can i do? I've also send some emails with no answers
