OVS 3.4.2 unable to link to the Manager, how to start guest using cli on the ovm server itself?

Hi, I have an OVM Server 3.4.2, and recently one of the RAIDed hard disk failed. I managed to change it, but overnight, the hard disk failed. After changing a second time, the OVM Server started ok, but it refused to talk to the OVM Manager.

I am contemplating 2 possibilities:

1. Reformat OVS, and re-join the manager using a new name
2. Start guests on OVS itself (anyone knows the command line commands?)
