Is there any alternate to map one source member to two target members other than logic groups.

You can only map one record to one record so whatever you do will involve duplicating the original source record, which is essentially what Logic Groups do. My question would be what is prompting you to look for an alternative method?

Because,'Logic groups' are only accepting a source account which has numeric data in it,but, what if we need to map a source account of 'text' data type to two targets accounts?

I haven't tried it but have you tried using a Logic Account with the Operator field set to Exp (expression) and then using CURVAL as the expression? The guide suggests does not state that this is a purely mathematical calculation so it might "copy" the value for you.
If that doesn't work you may need to consider duplicating the record somehow in the source or using DATACOPY in the target once loaded (assuming you are loading to planning).

logicaccount only work with numeric datatype....., so you can create an event that duplicates rows....only in FDMEE not clud.
