not able to ping vm

hi am not able to ping vm but there is internat in vm

    It is probably caused by the type of network you selected in your VirtualBox VM's settings. Maybe you have chosen a NAT device.

    If you have set up any ICMP-ignoring firewall rules in your Solaris host, they might also cause this behavior.

    Maybe there is a filtering component at your "Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device #5" where you are bridging your VM to. This sounds to be a cellular internet device. I've never bridged VMs to such a device, before. Don't you have a plain Ethernet NIC in your workstation where you can bridge your VM to?

    Please elaborate a bit more verbosely on what you are trying to accomplish!

    (Keep in mind: You can also set up more than one device between your VM and your host. So if the above-mentioned set-up really was the only one that brings internet connectivity to your VM, it could possibly help to add another virtual interface that builds a host-only network between host and VM to access the VM from the host).

    this the only vm doing this i can ping with other vm

    i what to connect to vm via xterm mobi terminal
