How to connect to a bucket using s3-compatible protocol?

Hi,
I am trying to connect to a bucket using s3-compatible protocol. I followed guides in Oracle's KB but with no success I came here.
- I have a public bucket created.
- I created Customer Secret Keys.
- Bucket is inside "personal" compartment.
- Amazon S3 Compatibility API Designated Compartment: personal
Endpoint: BUCKETNAME.compat.objectstorage.sa-saopaulo-1.oraclecloud.com
API KEY: c742e259e5df137022f0000000000000000000
API Secret: 1u000000l7qYAoTSZAmMKj000000ur+GC2jq000000
What am I missing? Any idea?
