WebLogic 11g admin console URL not working even though logs mentions server is running

I am facing a really messed up issue in WebLogic 11g. After starting the WebLogic server I am unable to access the admin console through the link http://myhost:myport/console/login/LoginForm.jsp. The interesting part is, I am able to access the sbconsole and em console for the same instance through the links - http://myhost:myport/sbconsole/jsp/login/login_form.jsp and http://myhost:myport/em respectively.
I tried restarting the server, from the logs I can see that the admin server is started, still, I am unable to access the admin console from the browser. PFB logs for the same -

Has anyone ever faced similar issues? Any ideas to sort this out would be really helpful.
