Scenario consolidation disable in Fccs

Dear experts,

is there a way to say :

"actual" scenario must not be available for consolidation;

"actual2" scenario available.

i want to access Rules, Consolidate, and when selecting the scenario, i want to see only Actual2.

i cannot lock actual without reconsolidating.

i put actual in read only, and that's ok for data entry ( not availble), but not for consolidation ( still availble)

Any idea ?
