Does Dyn offer a installable INTERNAL DNS Server, or K8 Cluster

Hi,

I'm working with some DevOps groups and I'm trying to find a installable DNS server with features like;

1) Round Robin

2) Round Robin monitor inclusion / exclusion

3) Manual inclusion and disabling Round Robin members

4) Optimization of traffic, and other features that would enhance the basic 1-3

If so what products provide these basic features?
