Oracle VM Server 3.4.6 on Dell PE R640

Hi All,

I've installed OVM server 3.4.6 but not able to detect Dell PERC H750 Adapter. Anybody know where can I download the driver?

We have seen some similar issues with other newer generation cards (e.g. PERC H350). The root of the problem is that Oracle VM Server 3.4.6 is based on Oracle Linux 6 and UEK4. Since Oracle VM 3 is now under Extended Support, there are no plans at this time to add support for the drivers required for these newer generation cards.

I recommend that you take a look at Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager. It support OL7 KVM and OL8 KVM - both with the latest UEK6 release.
