Create user task failed with below mentioned error.

User_NAHMO

User is created in OIM and there is one birthright account that needs to Provision user. But user account goes in "Provisioning" with below error-

 Response: CONNECTOR_EXCEPTION

Response Description: Create User failed

We have retried the task and it worked. But could you please help me with the reason behind this.
