Service stopped - no reason. How do I email support?

Hi there,

On about the 1st February the feed from my video cameras stopped working. There was no change to the cameras, the Wifi hub (and its firewall rules). About a week later the service billing was renewed. Still not fixed. This happened several years ago and I was able to contact support and they did something internally and fixed the issue. Now it seems there is no support?

I am connecting a SwannView DVR to the SwanView app using DynDNS as the static IP.


Any ideas? How do I talk to support?
