Case sensitivity on Fusion REST API calls

Hi,

I'm using the Fusion REST API to retrieve payables invoices and I want the user to be able to search by supplier name. The following works using the expression syntax but I want it to be case-insensitive.

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/invoices/?q=Supplier LIKE 'XXX'

i.e. I would like to have something along the lines of ?q=UPPER(Supplier) LIKE 'XXX' so that the user doesn't need to know the case of how suppler names were originally entered.

Is something like this possible on an expression?
