Wireguard UEK6 out of date

I'm trying to use Wireguard on an Oracle Linux, I've seen on the installation page that the version for UEK6 is out of date, are you planning to update it?

Meanwhile I have installed an Oracle Linux with the Red Hat Compatible Kernel, because I'm guessing that the Red Hat Wireguard version will work just fine. Can someone tell me if its true?

Does someone know if the version for Red Hat would work on UEK6?

Assuming you are referring to this installation documentation: https://www.wireguard.com/install/, I think the doc is out of date. When I follow the instructions there for OL8 (staying with UEK6), I see this:
