Idea: Support M-enabled WKT when converting to SDO_GEOMETRY

When a WKT has M-values:

MULTILINESTRING (( 0.0 5.0 -100000.0, 10.0 10.0 -100000.0, 30.0 0.0 -100000.0),( 50.0 10.0 -100000.0, 60.0 10.0 -100000.0))

Converting that WKT to a LRS SDO_GEOMETRY seems to be difficult. When using sdo_util.from_wktgeometry() or sdo_geometry(), the M-values will be interpreted as Z-values, not M-values, which isn't what we want.

It's possible to workaround that issue by creating a custom function: But it would be ideal if we didn't need a custom function for this scenario.

Could support be added for M-enabled WKT when converting to SDO_GEOMETRY?
