unable to add HCM_EXTRACTS_EXPORT_RWD role to the one hcm user in security console hcm

Hi Folks,

I'm not able to add the HCM_EXTRACTS_EXPORT_RWD role one user in security console hcm , this user is trying to access extract though OIC and download that extract , inorder to download the data this is must have HCM_EXTRACTS_EXPORT_RWD role enabled , but im not able to achieve in adding this role it is shoing no data to display while searching with the role code .

Can I get the way to this please .
