Document Of Records (DOR) validation is firing on other DOR

Wrote DOR validations in Fusion HCM, but it fires on other DORs.

* Your request is Pending, This validation is not written in this DOR.

Can anyone guide regarding this.

Thank you to read my question. The issue was with the user. When I change user, then all validations are working fine.
