No Ip in VM

Hi everyone, I understand this question has been asked before, I looked through but couldn't get a solution. I would appreciate your help. Running Oracle linux in Virtualbox

I followed all the installation steps in the video I was watching, yet I couldn't ssh into the VM using MobaXterm (Error response "connection refused")

Have you tried to change the value from Deny to Allow all in Promiscuous mode under network tab.

Then try to restart the guest VM and try again.

Yes, I have tried that without success.
